SHE IS A CONSTANT SOURCE OF ENTERTAINMENT

Six years ago, we decided to bring Hercules and his pit bull brother, Maximus, into our family. After Maximus passed away, we thought we were going to remain a one dog family. That was until we met Mona. After finding out we were the only people to look at her while at the shelter, we knew we had to bring her back to her forever home. Mona has filled our lives with such joy, content to cuddle on the couch and give the best kisses.

There are so many things that we love about Mona. We love how when either of us looks over her way, her little tail with its white tip starts going a mile a minute. Sometimes when she’s really excited, her tail goes in every direction and around like a propeller. We love the way she expertly destroys tennis balls in mere minutes or any other stuffed toys we present to her. We love the way she springs out of her fluffy bed in the morning and how she zooms down to the house from the top of the yard. But mostly, we love her sweet little kisses and how she can’t just receive love – she has to return it.

She is a constant source of entertainment, joy, and love in our family. She’s our spunky monkey and our Mo Mo sweet pea. As we are approaching our one-year adopt-a-versary, it’s clear that she’s our dog and we’re all so lucky to have found each other.
