CARRIES HIM AROUND LIKE A LITTLE FOOTBALL

I knew that I had hit the rescue jackpot when we found Taco at a kill shelter. His picture had spoken to me, and when I saw him, I couldn’t help but to burst into tears. Now he has become an integral part of the family for both myself and my husband, the tough military man who carries him around like a little football.

Every time I look at him and he tilts his head, I feel the gift of saving him and the love he gives me. Not only did I save Taco, but he saved me. When I first got Taco, I was very sick and somehow he knew. He never left my side and knew that I needed him to be there. His constant closeness was a reminder every day of his big heart.
